Subscription Renewal Reminders

User story AC Edge cases
  • As a subscriber, I receive an email 7 days before renewal
  • In-app banner surfaces 3 days before renewal
  • Enterprise tier: route reminders to billing admin
  • Respects user's notification preferences (opt-out)
  • Edge: trial users, paused subs, failed payments…

The problem

PMs spend 6+ hours a week writing specs.

Documentation is the bottleneck between a great idea and shipped code. Paragly removes it.

📄

Blank page paralysis

You know what to build. Translating that into a structured doc engineers can act on takes hours.

🔍

Missed edge cases

Half the sprint goes to clarifying unstated requirements. Paragly surfaces gaps before kickoff.

🔁

Inconsistent formats

Every PM writes specs differently. Paragly enforces your team's template every time.

Features

Built for product teams who ship.

🎙️

Voice-to-doc

Record a 2-minute walkthrough of your idea. Paragly transcribes, structures, and expands it into a complete document — ready for review.

🧠

Edge case detector

Claude reads your draft and flags unstated assumptions, missing error states, and ambiguous requirements before engineers do.

🔗

Jira & Linear sync

Push user stories as tickets with one click. Acceptance criteria become sub-tasks. No copy-paste.

🎨

Team templates

Upload your existing doc format once. Every document Paragly generates follows your team's voice and structure.

How it works

From idea to doc in three steps.

1

Dump the idea

Type, paste, or voice-record what you want to build. Rough notes, voice memo, or Slack thread — anything goes.

2

Claude structures it

Paragly expands your input into a full document: problem statement, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, open questions.

3

Ship to engineering

Review, tweak, and push stories to Jira or Linear. Your engineers get a clear spec. You get your afternoon back.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which AI model powers Paragly?

Paragly runs on Anthropic's Claude. We chose Claude because it excels at long-form structured output and following detailed formatting instructions — exactly what writing good product documents requires.

Can I customize the document format?

Yes. On the Pro and Team plans, you can upload your existing document template and Paragly will match your team's structure, voice, and sections every time.

Is my data used to train models?

No. Your inputs, drafts, and documents are never used for model training. We use Anthropic's commercial API with zero data retention. See our privacy policy.

Which project tools do you integrate with?

Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, and Notion are supported at launch. Asana and ClickUp are on the roadmap. Vote for integrations after signing up.

Who is Paragly for?

Primarily product managers, engineering managers, and founders who write specs regularly. If you've ever stared at a blank Notion doc trying to turn "we need a reminder system" into a shippable PRD — Paragly is for you.
